On Monday 28 November 2011, The MDBA releases it's draft Basin Plan and a series of related meetings are planned to occur in the very near term.

The meetings are as follows:

2 Dec - meeting in Griffith between the Murrumbidgee Valley Stakeholders' Group (MVSG) and the MDBA's technical staff to discuss technical aspects of the draft Basin Plan
4 Dec - a public meeting at the Griffith Regional Theatre, commencing at 11:00am, hosted by the Basin Communities' Association (BCA)
6 Dec - a community meeting hosted by CICL and the Chamber of Commerce at the Coleambally Community Club, commencing at 7:00pm
8 Dec - a community meeting at the Yoogali Club, commecing at 7:00pm, hosted by the MVSG
15 Dec - the offical community consultation hosted by the MDBA, at the Yoogali Club, commencing at 9:30am
